These terms and conditions ("T&Cs") define the conditions under which an individual (the "Customer") can book karaoke rooms online via www.karafunbar.com (the "Site"), published by the company Karafun Retail SAS with the capital of 210 000 € registered with the RCS of LILLE under the number 832 537 443, and with a registered office located at 74 rue des Arts, 59000 LILLE.
Amendments to existing Terms and Conditions
KaraFun Bars reserves the right, at any moment, to change the current T&Cs. The Customer is responsible for taking into account the T&Cs before any booking on the Site.
Price is indicated at the time of booking in euros and with taxes included, by room and for the indicated duration
KaraFun Bars reserves the right to modify the price at any moment, while guaranteeing to the Customer the application of the price indicated at the time of booking.
Changes to bookings
The Customer can book a room via the site or by telephoning the relevant KaraFun Bar.
At the time of booking, karaoke room availability is shown in real time to the Customer.
Booking confirmation expresses agreement to the outlined T&Cs by the Customer and forms a binding contract.
A booking confirmation is send by email to the address indicated by the Customer providing proof of reservation and of payment.
Booking payments can be made by credit or debit card. Accepted cards are indicated on the booking page at the time before proceeding to payment.
At no time does KaraFun Bar record or transfer a customer's bank details. The transaction is entirely managed by Stripe.
By providing your bank details when making the reservation, you agree that in the event of reservation cancellation or failure to pay on site, charges may be applied in certain cases and you will be debited automatically. See the "Refund and Cancellation" section for more information.
Access to the karaoke rooms
The Customer is advised to be present at least 10 minutes before the scheduled booking time on the day of reservation in order to access the room.
In case of delay, KaraFun Bars cannot push back the scheduled session time.
Refund and cancellation
In the case of cancellation more than 7 days before the scheduled booking, the Customer will be refunded in full.
In the case of cancellation less than 7 days before the scheduled booking, the Customer will be offered a new time slot for the same number of people and the same duration.
In the case of cancellation less than 48 hours before the scheduled booking, the Customer will not be offered a refund and we cannot offer a new time slot.
To request cancellation or modification of your reservation, please contact the bar by phone at the number indicated on the page of the bar in question.
The Customer cannot exercise a right of withdrawal, in accordance with the provisions of Article L 121-20-4 of the Consumer Code.
Protection of privacy
KaraFun Bar undertakes to respect the confidentiality of personal data communicated by the Customer on the Site in accordance with the Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978. Moreover, the information provided by the Customer will never be communicated to third parties for advertising purposes.
Any collected data by the Site is for sole purpose used as declaration to the CNIL under number XXXX.
In accordance with the Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, the Customer may at any time exercise his/her right to access the file, along with the right to object and/or rectification or deletion of said information by addressing a request (including last name, first name, e-mail address, postal address) to the following address: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Photos taken in room
Photos taken during a session in the rooms and at the initiative of the Customer are stored on the KaraFun Bar server. KaraFun Bar stocks photos for an indefinite period and with the purpose of proposing them for display and download from the Site, on a non-referenced page to which the Customer will receive a link after reservation.
At any time, the Customer and any third party present in the photo may request the removal of these photos via the administration interface supplied to the Customer and upon request via an email to email@example.com.
Present parties are subject to French Law.
For any complaints, the Customer may send an email to client services via the Site's contact page in order to find amicable solution. In necessary cases, French law will provide authority.
After contacting the KaraFun Barcustomer service and in the absence of a satisfactory answer within one month, the customer can contact Le Médiateur du Tourisme et du Voyage, whose contact details and referral methods are available on the website: www.mtv. travel
