Casting KaraFun Noyelles: Lights, camera, action... and you could be part of it!
Does your child love to sing, have fun, and feel like the star of the day? 🎤 The KaraFun Noyelles is hosting a special birthday photo and video shoot for children... and your child can join in!
On a Wednesday between November and December, our team will transform the KaraFun Noyelles in Noyelles-Godault into a real film set. The kids can sing, dance, blow out their candles, and take part in mini-music quizzes... all while having a blast! 🎬
Details about the shoot…
Since our opening in November 2024, more and more families are visiting KaraFun Noyelles to enjoy special moments together. Each month, many families ask us: “Can we celebrate our child's birthday here?” 🎉 Well... we listened! We are now launching birthday parties specifically designed for kids, in our private boxes, with all-in-one birthday packages for a seamless celebration.
To capture this new offering, we're looking for children ready to celebrate their birthday at KaraFun Noyelles in November or December. 🎬 The goal is to capture the joy, spontaneity, and laughter around your child's birthday.
The images will then be used on our marketing materials (website, social media, newsletters, posters…), to share this experience with all families!
Who can participate?
We are seeking:
- Children aged 8 and above who want to celebrate their birthday at KaraFun Noyelles with their friends.
- A group of about 5 to 6 friends to join the child and share the experience.
- The birthday should be celebrated on a Wednesday in November or December (date of choice, to be specified in your application).

The shoot is unpaid, but wonderful surprises await the participants! 🎁
What we offer participants
To thank the children and their friends, we offer:
- A 2-hour karaoke birthday session for your child and friends to sing and have fun with their favorite songs;
- The complete birthday package (decorations, snacks, drinks, cake) to make the party unforgettable;
- A unique memento of the birthday, captured in photos and videos by our team, with a selection of photos sent to the parents.
What to expect during the shoot
Imagine the room decorated for the occasion, the microphones ready, the kids' favorite songs, and a moment of pure joy captured by our cameras. 🎤 The children will be able to sing, dance, blow out their candles, and share an unforgettable moment with their friends.
Our team takes care of everything to ensure the day is smooth and fun, from light staging to natural shots. You are, of course, welcome to be present on the day to witness the shoot!
Image permissions must be signed by all parents of the children present before the shoot begins.
How to register?
To participate, simply:
- Email louane@recisio.com before November 5th;
- Include:
- The child’s first and last name who will be celebrating their birthday,
- The child’s age,
- The number of friends attending,
- The desired date for the birthday (a Wednesday between November and December).
We will contact you promptly to confirm participation and provide all the details of the shoot. 🎬
